1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Creft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Creft is an AI-powered website builder that allows users to create, edit, and deploy websites through natural language interaction with AI. The Service includes project hosting, AI-assisted development, template selection, and deployment features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create websites containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or spam.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or excessive resource consumption.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

5. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service.
• You grant Creft a limited license to host, display, and serve your content as necessary to provide the Service.
• AI-generated code and content created through the Service belongs to you.
• Creft does not claim ownership of your projects, files, or data.

6. AI Usage

• The Service uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate code and content.
• AI-generated output may not always be perfect, secure, or error-free.
• You are responsible for reviewing and testing AI-generated code before deployment.
• Creft is not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated content.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.

8. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, you may request export of your project data within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Creft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
